Gamescape is an indie games showcase in Baltimore, Maryland every July.

First, Elijah Fernandez is one of four developers on Relic, an overhead adventure game. Over the course of the game, players explore zones themed after the classical elements and earn abilities based on those elements. The interview covers topics we considered during Terranigma, Ranger X, and Shatterhand.

For more information, check out Elijah Fernandez's web site.

Next, Pixelbot Games discusses CANARI, a game where players navigate poorly lit dungeons using a flashlight that runs on limited batteries. How does the player balance exploration for resources with moving ahead? This talk hits on topics we considered during The Firemen.

For more information, check out Pixelbot Games' web site.
